*Price depends on the difficulties.  We will suggest flexible solutions to you after we know your purpose and estimated budget.

  1. “Whole day” = 8 hours (including 1 hour lunch break),  “Half day” = up to 4 hours
  2. Extra fee: If the assignment exceeds 8 hours, an hourly overtime charge will be assessed. And extra fee for early morning or late night work may be charged.
  3. Transportation/travelling expenses: for an interpreter will be charged. In case of early morning or late night work, or the inconvenient accessed location, taxi expenses may be charged. Accommodation charges may be added.
  4. Number of interpreter for best solution: Since the amount of time for which one interpreter can do the job as a simultaneous interpreter is limited, we suggest 2 or 3 interpreters for simultaneous interpretations.
  5. We can arrange interpretation system (like Pana-guide) if needed (additional charge)
  6. Cancellation fee: will be charged based on our rules below. If fixed orders are cancelled:
    • 4-5 days before the job … 30% of the total price 
    • 3 days before the job … 50% of the total price
